CHEF
Resident Chefs are top-level professionals who work closely and consistently with the Academy to bring their technical and creative expertise to the students. They are recognized masters in the fields of pastry, chocolate, gelato, and viennoiserie, assisting in the design of training programs. They work hand-in-hand with students to enhance their skills, creativity, and technical precision, and are also responsible for supervising the laboratories during masterclasses. They often collaborate with other instructors and international guests, fostering both cultural and technical exchange. They help maintain the highest standards of professional excellence within the Academy.
