Master Davide Malizia is a multifaceted personality who has won numerous awards for his specialities. He is an eight-time World Pastry and Gelato Champion, once as a competitor and seven times as a coach, as well as the 2020 winner of the prestigious Sucre d’Or award for Best Sugar Artist in the World for the next ten years. Founder of the Pastry Academy in Rome, Aromacademy, he is always attentive to study and research. Since its foundation, he has been a member of APEI, the Association of Pastry Ambassadors of Italian Excellence. In September 2024, he joined Relais Desserts International together with Aromacademy.

Fondatore dell’Accademia di Pasticceria e Zucchero Artistico Aromacademy, è diventato uno dei massimi esperti del settore, ricoprendo spesso il ruolo di Coach del Team Italy nelle varie competizioni, con cui ha vinto numerosi titoli mondiali ed europei. È Maestro AMPI e membro del prestigioso circuito Relais Desserts.
