Aurelien Le Mouillour
The son of artisans, Master Aurélien Le Mouillour spent his childhood in his father’s bakery in Brittany. He honed his baking skills at the Institut National de la Boulangerie Pâtisserie in Rouen, before becoming a teacher at the same school. In 2023, at just 29 years of age, after more than four years of preparation, he obtained the title of MOF Boulanger, confirming his skill in the art of baking. His work is distinguished by meticulous attention to the quality of ingredients and processing techniques. MOF Le Mouillour has dedicated his career to perfecting the art of baking, exploring new recipes and techniques that enhance French culinary traditions with a modern twist.
