Luca Mannori

Luca Mannori is an artist, both in music and in pastry making. A graduate of the Conservatory in Percussion, his study of harmony proved fundamental in the composition of original pastries, with innovative flavours and excellent raw materials. He began his career as a chocolatier and pastry chef in 1985, going on to become World Pastry Champion in Lyon in 1997 with his Setteveli cake. He has collected various awards and recognitions in the field of pastry and chocolate making. In 2008, he exported the production of the “Setteveli” to Tokyo. He is a member of Relais Desserts International and has been awarded the “Tre Torte” by Gambero Rosso’s Pasticceri & Pasticcerie Guide.
