Christophe Morel

Christophe Morel is a Master Chocolatier and Pastry Chef, internationally renowned for his deep passion for chocolate and his technical excellence. Born in France into a family of artisan pastry chefs, he honed his professional skills and developed specialized expertise in working with cacao. In 2003, he won the prestigious Canadian National Chocolate Awards, and in 2005 he took first prize in the chocolate category at the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie in Lyon. Over the course of his career, he was also a finalist in the Meilleur Ouvrier de France (M.O.F.) competition in 2011. Since 2005, he has run his own chocolate shop in Montréal, Canada, where he has become known not only for the quality of his products but also for his role as a chocolate ambassador and educator, conducting masterclasses, workshops, and presentations around the world.
