Stephane Augè

MOF Glacier Stephane Augé began his professional training in the culinary world as an apprentice chef, developing a growing passion for pastry making and for artisan ice cream and its technologies. Alongside his development as an ice cream maker, Master Augé also cultivated an interest in ice sculpting techniques. In 2003, he won the French Ice Sculpture Championship, followed by an excellent result in the Coupe de France de sculpture sur glace. His study of ice cream led him to prepare intensively to obtain the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2007, making him one of France’s leading ice cream experts. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the preparation of national ice cream teams: he was involved with the Confédération Nationale des Glaciers de France as coach of the French team at the 2020 Ice Cream World Cup. He has also dedicated himself to training new generations of professionals, holding courses and workshops in France and around the world.
