Master Jung Uk Lee, aka Chocolat Vin, will guide participants through a four-day, hands-on course dedicated to the art of artistic chocolate. The programme is structured to allow each student to create a complete, hyper-realistic three-dimensional sculpture, starting from scratch with chocolate and following the Master’s instructions step by step.
During the masterclass, the main chocolate working techniques will be explored in depth, including temperature control, modelling bases and supporting structures, and assembling elements. Students will learn how to use carving, sculpting and modelling techniques, which are essential for giving realism and harmony to the composition.
Thanks to the direct supervision of Master Jung Uk Lee, each participant will be able to refine their manual skills, precision and artistic sensitivity, acquiring advanced skills to create professional-level chocolate works suitable for exhibitions, competitions and high-end window displays.
Learning
program
The training programme is a four-day course designed to guide participants from a practical approach to advanced techniques for creating three-dimensional chocolate sculptures.
The course begins with the preparation of the bases and supporting structures, which are essential for supporting complex and detailed compositions.
It continues with the study of modelling and carving techniques, through guided practice that allows participants to acquire precision and manual sensitivity. Master Jung Uk Lee will illustrate how to create realistic details by combining different textures. Each stage of the creation process is followed step by step, with instructions on balancing thicknesses, joints and proportions to ensure structural stability without compromising aesthetics.
Students will assemble the prepared elements to create a complete and hyper-realistic work. The Master’s direct supervision allows students to refine their manual skills, precision and creativity, providing concrete tools to master the art of artistic chocolate at an advanced level.
Designed for
The course is aimed at professional pastry chefs, cake designers and chocolatiers who wish to perfect their skills in the art of artistic chocolate in the creation of hyper-realistic three-dimensional sculptures. It is ideal for those who aim to develop advanced manual skills, precision in detail and design skills to create works for competitions, exhibitions or high-level window displays.
