Chocolate Sculpture

A fully hands-on course in which the instructor will demonstrate the techniques and craftsmanship required to create artistic pieces and showpieces for events and competitions. Japanese Master Keiichi Kawano will guide participants in the creation of chocolate showpieces true works of art.
Each participant will be involved in every stage of the process, from concept design to final execution, leading to the construction of these chocolate sculptures. Techniques such as carving, sculpting, and chocolate modeling will be explained in detail.
Every attendee will create their own three-dimensional piece, working side by side with one of Asia’s greatest chocolate artists.
Learning
program
The training program is structured as a fully hands-on experience, designed to guide participants through the creation of artistic chocolate pieces intended for high-level events and competitions. The course begins with the concept development phase, a fundamental step in building a strong and coherent creative vision and translating it into a tangible structure.
Under the continuous guidance of the instructor, participants will explore the main chocolate-working techniques, with a particular focus on carving, sculpting, and modeling. Practical application allows them to gain mastery of the materials and precision in execution, while also developing artistic sensitivity and control over form.
Throughout all stages of the process, attendees will be actively involved in constructing a chocolate showpiece, learning methods and techniques essential for creating complex and visually striking compositions. The program concludes with the creation of a personal three-dimensional piece, reflecting the experience gained and the skills acquired.
Ongoing supervision by the Master enables participants to refine their technique, craftsmanship, and expressive abilities, providing concrete tools to confidently create professional-level chocolate sculptures.
