The Master program includes three courses focused on the theme of chocolate, explored in different ways with Masters of excellence: Master Davide Malizia, Master Dorian Zonca, winner of the first prize in French pastry, and Master Jung Uk Lee, known by his artistic name Chocolat Vin.

They will explore the theme through different and innovative perspectives: chocolate showpieces, with special attention to the Easter theme, and molded chocolate sculptures created using various techniques and methodologies. All participants will independently create their own chocolate sculpture as well as their own chocolate subjects.

The Decorations course will cover all the techniques needed to complete pastry creations, addressing topics such as gold and silver leaf and colored cocoa butter. Plaques, fans, spirals, ribbons: an essential course for those who want to make their desserts elegant in a simple yet striking way.

It is the ideal pathway for anyone who wishes to fully engage with the world of artistic chocolate.
